Hi Vidya,
Even I am facing the same problem, but from last few days I am noticing that my 3yr old son have started eating... Pls do not force your child to eat,am sure you dont...at times i used to but now i am relaxed..to be very frank I have not stopped his bottle feeding till now, because he was not good in eating.. I give him
One bottle of milk with boost/Jr horlicks in the morning
He takes light tiffin like two slice with butter/jam..or smiley or french fries or cakes.. one egg twice or thrice (give what ever she likes) he enjoy' s his tiffin break with other children..(no use giving stuff which kids dont want to eat)
After school I give him boost... at times juice...
after an hour and a half I give him one chapati wih daal/vegetable/egg or butter.. very rarely rice with cholla/rajma/chicken (kids love these things)
around 5pm again a bottle or glass(have recently started) of milk with Jr Horlicks
We go in a park to play.. so takes one juice
7:00-7:30 pm again chapati as above..one or two depends..2nd one goes with dahi+sugar or jam..
after he sleeps around 9 I give one more bottle of milk.. this time plain
Kids love fried food...
You can also give misti dahi (mother dairy product)
I dont stop him drinking juices and at time cold drinks (prefer diet ones)
Do keep asking your child for water, whenever you are drinking..
and one favourite drink of my son is Tang...(specially on splash days) school or home I give him in his waterbottle.. two spoon on tang+ 2 spoon of glucose + pinch of salt with
cold and normal water mixed... he keeps on drinking when thirsty..
try not to repeat things they get bored
any day if she is not eating leave it... will eat if hungry...
Till the child is active, laughing and playing... dont take tension...
whenever they are hungry they will try to make you realise...bet you will never say they are hungry...

So my sister’s child is a very fussy eater. She generally makes veggie cheese rolls or sandwiches to get her to eat her vegetables. She tries to use colourful and pretty veggies to get her to eat. Giving smoothies, fruit salads and milkshakes is another appetizing and attractive method.
