I think it's high time you get him into a habbit to sleep on the bed. He is too young to make a choice. How did he fall into that habit in the first place?
Whatever the reason, pls. stop it right now. Initially you will ahve trouble doing that, he may not sleep well or simply cry but you have to be firm on this to avoid later complications.

Hi,

I think you shlould speak with your Dr about this...the more people you ask an opinion from, the more confused you will get. Your pediatrician is the only one who can give you the best advice...all i can say is...\";TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS\";..if you as a mother know your baby is ok, then he is.

all the best to you

take care

NO! it is not healthy att all and you should take him out of that carseat immediately. You are the grown one and your son the baby which you have to take care of. A baby of 3-4 months need to sleep either in his own bed or together with you. I have been sleeping together with all my kids until that period in their life was to an end (around 10-12 months). Regarding that nipple in his mouth take it out and only put it in when breastfeeding. It is you to decide, not your son. Use a pacifier instead if he can not sleep without something to chew on. Regarding sitting in that carseat you risk to make his head deform because he will sit in the same position for many, many hours.
Best luck to you and your son!!

Sleep Problem due to itchy skin
My baby girl is unable to sleep properly due to skin rashes. I have resumed oil massages to help calm her down and facilitate better sleep, using CITTA Baby Massage Oil. Additionally, I am applying the ointment recommended by her doctor for the rashes. Could you please provide me with more ideas that can promote better sleep for her?... - Sanchari Tarafdar [View Message]

RE:How to Develop a Sleep Routine for your Newborn
According to me this is good but then you cannot force your child to sleep as per your wish as kids as really bad in this and they have a tendency to sleep in day and get up in late night so according to me this is not the key to success, please post if i am wrong.... - Anita [View Message]
