Do you believe in a systematic approach to worship? Do you think the Christian Liturgical calendar shares anything in common with other religious calendars? How do you think the different seasons of the Christian Liturgical Calendar should be celebrated?

Hi,

Most cultures have their own calendars and these are a very unique insight into the historic outlook of the times when these were computed, as welll as the knowledge of astronomy and mathematics in those times.

I would really like to have mre information on differnt calendars, in existence or even those that have fallen into disuse.

Excellent article. You have managed to explain the entire mass calendar and its significance without being condescending.

I think though a systematic way to worship is good there needs to be enough room for some change. The system shouldn' t become routine and meaningless

I am very happy for this kind of article. No body understands the significance of the year of our lord and how we live a yeat that resembles god' s suffering and triumph. Christians should know more about their traditions than just admiring john abraham.

I always wonderedx about the how the date of Easter and Lent is calculated. Some Christian friends of mine were not able to explain it either. Now this article explains it well.
