Some body posted about AMIRA cream for scars,marks and fairness...
does anybody used the same cream....???
please tell me about it's effects..I will be gratefull to you..
Also if any body knows or gone through Laser Dermabrassion for removing
post pimple scars and large pore problems please let me know about it's
effects and COST for same

verneforchat replied. has its ups and downs. It depends upon how deep and big your scar is. The best person to assess this for you is your dermatologist. Dermabrasion is permanent, one sitting based treatment, but takes months to heel, understandably. For scars, dermabrasion is the best. Obviously its expensive, since its has to be done under dermat supervision.
Depending upon your scar, your doctor can prescribe dermabrasion, or micro dermabrasion, or chemical peels.
I have no reports on any cream that cures scars.
Pimple scars, and pimple pigmentations are 2 different things, you need to find out if you are SCARRED or depigmented. IF you just have discoloured spots, then checmical peel or microdermabrasion is safer and less expensive. If you have pits, or physical scarring in your face, then dermabrasion is a good thing. In any case, google, and you will find more details. Lastly, your dermatologist is your best judge, dont insist on any treatment, let the dermat do his job, they know better about your skin, every treatment wont suit your skin type. But make sure you arent swindled or cheated, take opinions from two different dermatologists, prices of the same treatment may wary. I do chemical peeling myself, and i know dermatologists swindle people, but thats how they earn, and i cant blame them, because they have spent a fortune on their medical studies.
