Hi,
I just read geetas message where she said she reduced weight by drinking Mint water.Please suggest me how to make mint water and how many times to dring Mint water per day.When is the suitable time to drink mint water.Is it good to drink on empty stomach early in the morning?
I will be waiting for your Suggestions.
Is Pudeena or Mint the same?

where do we find this mint from? If the mint is the same as pudeena, is it the kind that we find in grocery stores? My mom said those are dried kind, so is it that?
PLease tell me where do we fint mint or pudeena from?

Hi

I did the same as saniya said just boiled mint in water took off the leaves and stored in fridge. Since Iam a mother of two I hardly find time in morning I will just put a small glass of the juice outside to come to room temp and drink when I find time. And its more than 3 weeks my 2nd delivery weight has reduced. Most important is I eat whatever I want and feel light isnt that great. Just do it.

dear jyothika,
first of all,to make mint water,just boil some fresh mint leaves thoroguhly in water.when they have completely boiled,throw the leaves and refrigerate the water.daily,drink ONLY half cup of this water becoz drinking it in excessmight reduce the blood pressure.the most suitable time is,as u have guessed,on an empty stomach early in the morning.and yes,pudeena and mint are the same.further doubts r most welcome!
