I have the bump on the back of my arms and legs. They have been there my whole life. Can anybody tell me what they are and how to get rid of them? I want smooth skin!

Hi, I have those bumps on my arms and legs too. They are called keritosis pilaris and they are hereditary. There's not a lot you can do about them, but use sorbolene as a body wash and all over moisterizer after a shower, that definately helps and I think overtime it will reduce it greatly. I have been using sorbolene for about 3 weeks and the bumps don't look as obvious and there is less discoloration. My sister had the bumps also, she used sorbolene and now she has mainly smooth skin, you can barely see any bumps anymore! She only has a few. So if I continue to use sorbolene I think it will be like that too. So try sorbolene! It's cheap and readily avialable- you can get it from supermarkets, chemists, anywhere!
