Hey Ladies,

COngrats to all of us ob expecting a baby. My due date is in Mar 2008 too.

Does anyone have heartburn/acidity like feeling...i have it all day and cant eat anything bcoz of this. Pls share yr feelings with me.

Hey ! you can try tums that you get That might help ...or cold milk ..Lassi , curd ..these things will keep your stomach cool.

Hi Bhavna,

U can have small small amount of cold milk for Acidity/Heartburn.It helped me....

Hi Bhavna,

Avoid citrus fruits and keep eating something very frequently. I keep eating something after every hour and that has helped me a lot. Drink lots and lots of water. And the most important, avoid spicy food...I have had severe acidity problems for my 1st one and had to give up spicy food completely.
