heard that when buying a nursing bra we should get one size bigger then the current pregnancy size. am not sure what it means by size...does it mean a bigger cup size...or a bigger band size. has anyone of u already shopped for nursing bras if please do let me know. also if there r any specific brands or shops that u can recomend. thanks. Since u would have completed 36 weeks by now, u can buy nursing bra which fits best at your current preg. size.Even in our breastfeeding class they told us same thing.Since this is first time for us even am not sure.If the current size fits you at the last hook (hope am clear ), then probably u can go for a one size bigger.But if current size fits u comfortably, then u can buy the same band size with a bigger cup size.Again am not sure.But this is the criteria i used while buying, hope i did the right thing.If not ,anyway i have to buy again.One more thing u should see is u should be able to open the cup hooks using one hand.So when u shop, imagine u are holding baby in one hand and then try to open it with the other hand.Am not sure if am guiding u correctly.I would like to hear from second time moms.
