Hi I am now 21 weeks pregnant and I also didn't had a single day of MS so to speak and I used to worry a lot like you but it's normal few ppl just don't get any and everyone says they are lucky..all I felt was too lazy and lethargic.

As for walk my doctor asked me to rest for first 3 months and then gradually start with 1/2 walking and asked not to stress myself or push myself with anything. Do things at comfort level 'cause baby inside matters more than anything else.
Hope this eased your mind So kick back, relax and enjoy.

Do let me know if you feel happy after knowing that having no MS is prefectly fine.

Hi Lee,

Morningsickness can happen any time, there isn't very specific day like your ovulation or period, so relax don't worry too much.

It's not true that each one who has not experienced morningsickness will undergo miscarriage. It's assuring when you have MS that hormones are playing their role. There are many girls who delivered baby without experiencing MS for a day. There are girls who have not got relief from MS through out the term yet delivered healthy baby.
MS is not mandatory for each pregnancy. Each pregnancy and individual is different. As long as you have had your US and you heard heartbeats in limit you should not get concerned.
Should this not help much and you are still concerned then give a call to your care provider and discuss with him/her.

About walking for an hour. If you are used to walk before conceiption then it should not matter. Again should you get more concerned talk to your care provider. It's good to keep it relaxed during first trimester and resume activities from second trimester.

Hope I have helped.
