I am trying out the jeera water therapy for my heartburn and there is a big relief now. Thanks to you girls. I want to try my best for a natural birth though people say it may difficult due to my body size (a bit on the hefty side). It is difficult to find such docs in India, atleast in Chennai where they are more concerned about the money they will make than the health of the patients. So I have got to know a doc who really does not encourage C's. Hoping for the best... BTW, i am form Kannur basically but now settled in Chennai. Take care and keep in touch..

My grandparents are in Gandhinagar, Kannur, we were also in Calicut earlier in EraniPalam. But its been long since I had gone to Kerala, only went ot Eranakulam a couple of years back. Well, hope you and the baby are doing well...Take care and keep mailing...sharmila

Sharmila,

Its great to hear your heartburn is subsided. Dont worry too much about your weight now, just try to take daily walks if possible and also be careful on what you eat. In my 20 wks I have also put around 10 lbs so I am also trying to keep a check on what I am taking. But most of the time its very hard :-)

Anyway dont worry. Everything is going to be fine.
