Due Date Club December 2006:Feeling sleepy

1. I am in my 26th week and i am feeling more sleepy early morning and during my work. Is it due to this pregnancy? How much rest is needed for pregnant ladies?
2. sometimes if i sweep and mop the house, then i feel like i am havg no energy in my body and my lower back is aching. Pls do give me a soln for this also.

Hi,
Yes it is beacuse of pregnancy, even after a goodnite sleep you still feel sleepy, I suggest take rest as much as you can.

Dont overdo your work once your baby is here you will anyways have to do lot of cleaning and mopping, so now just chill and outsource the work to some one else.

During these times your are pampered a lot by your family so just enjoy that time and let others do the work for a change.

well i also feels sleepy .. but in afternnon.. and in morning i just want to b in bed... i m in my 23 week... i think that u r getting tired so much thats why u want to sleep more... and its good for baby...and about your aches,... i think u r very weak...try to take lot of nutrition and drink milk a lot.. take rest as much as u can...bye... love to ur littile one..
