have a party to go to in exactly 1 month n i hv minor acne. what is a helpful home remedy to get rid of the acne and clear it up? also is there a way i can make my tan that i got from tennis go away within a month?

dear radhi,
make a mixture of 3 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.store it in an airtight jar and apply it daily before going to bed.in the morning,wash it off.this will last 2 weeks and ur pimples r supposed to disappear by then.
next,wash ur face using besan+a pinch of turmeric+milk.use more besan and less milk as u must be having oily skin.u need to keep this mixture for 15 minutes and then,wash it off very gently so that u don;t bother ur pimples.do this twice or thrice a day and dont use any products on ur face.
next,u need to be areful about ur diet.if u dont treat urself from within,u can not get the optimum results.follow these tips daily:
1)in the morning on waking up,drink warm water+1 tbsp honey+juice of half a lemon.not only will this clear up ur skin but also add a glow to it and lighten it if u keep drinking it for months.

2)drink mint juice everyday.just boil some mint leaves in water thoroughly.discard the leaves and store the water in the fridge.daily,drink a cup of this water.

3)eat carrots,cucumbers,tomatoes and oranges everyday.

4)drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.

5)protect ur skin by totally avoiding sun exposure if possible.use a sunblock if u have to go outside on all exposed parts but try to keep urself as covered up as possible in the sun.in the future,try to play indoor tennis.on returning from outside,use tomato juice+yogurt on the exposed parts for 15-20 minutes and wash it off.this will help in removing and minimising tan.

6)have a healthy lifestyle.exercise regularly and dont forget to wash ur face after sweating as sweat may cause even more pimples.take a bath regularly to keep ur skin fresh,fragrant and glowing,eat many fruits and veggies,sleep before 12 and wake up early and avoid stress as it is one of the major cause of acne.believe me,all this will help u a grat deal.u might even continue this after the party for gorgeous skin.now stop worrying and get working!good luck!
