a few years ago,when i used natural stuff to lighten my skin,i did use this soap..it didnt work for me.i also tried many other soaps and they did nothing but waste my money.then,i discovered natural remedies and i could see my skin glowing and my pimples clearing up in just 1 month.from then on,i placed my trust in nature and i don't regret my decision.instead of using this soap,u can use besan+haldi+milk cream+lemon juice on the dark areas of ur body for 15-20 minutes daily.believe me,u will be amazed by the results which u can get within ,2 or 3 months depending on how receptive ur skin is and how regular u r.also,u can use st.ives exfoliating body wash to remove the dead skin on ur body.once a week,u can prepare a bath of milk and oats powder.just take powdered milk and oats powder(1-2 cups each) and add to ur bath water.soak in for 20 minutes and keep scrubbing ur body.i hope all this helps.an easy way to lighten ur body is aloe vera.just get an aloe vera plant and squeeze out the gel and apply it on ur body before going to bed daily.also,take care of ur diet.include milk and milk products,vegetables especially carrots,tomatoes,cucumbers and spinach,almonds,fish,fruits especially citrus fruits and apples and ofcourse,drink 8-10 glasses of water daily and exercise regularly.all these things wil keep ur skin glowing with health.dont' forget to use a sunblock on the exposed parts and minimise sun exposure.
