Hi every one, i am new one this site.Can i share my pain to u guys.past i' m used Birth control pills.Few months back i stopped to taking the pills.After that i' m facing Hair loss(it' s too bad).Could any one give good suggestion for me,please..........How to stop my hair fall.

Hi sailaja bitra.
Just u use anti hair fall shampoo and take banana, gova, pineapple in your diet. Use light warmed almond oil twice in a week at bed time and wash next morning by this your lost hair also grow and control you hair fall.

some harmonal change makes u to get hair fall nothing to worry

add more spinach and lion dates in ur diet

avoid tablets as much as possible
try to eat more green leafy vegetable u can get rid of ur problem within 1 week
