Normal Delivery:Allow husband during C section cut umblical cord

Is there any hospital in cochin Kerala which would allow my husband in the operation theatre during C Section and cut umblical cord ? Or at least allow him to stand just out side the operation theatre door, not at the general area where all relative stand so he sees the baby just immediately it is brought out from the Operation theatre.He really wants to be there but not sure which hospitals would allow this or any body had similar experience.
