Hi,

Pregnancy is one of the best phases in a woman's life. Try to be happy. I know it is easy to say but if u don't have understanding people around you it becomes difficult. Try talking to ur hubby. This baby is something u and ur husband jointly created and r bringing into this world so both of u try talking, nurturing ur baby!!!

The baby is the centre of ur life now so dont bother much abt what ur inlaws say. As long as u r doing the right things u should not worry and please dont cry. If anything upsets u try listening to some music or pray or go for a walk. Just dont let any situation overpower u and make u unhappy. U should be incharge of ur happiness. Just try imagining ur baby and ur anger or saddness will suppress.
Cant guarantee abt in-laws but surely u can make ur husband understand u better by trying and talking to him. Cheer up!!! Be strong, the wonderful moment is nearing, be happy and positive.

Bye,
Leo

hey ...

Stress is not good for your baby but do not stress out thinking that u r stressing and harming your baby ...

try to be happy and talk to your baby , your positve vibrations will make the baby feel more welcome and loved even before it is born ...

try some new ways of ahndling your stress ... how abt listening to calming music when you feel like crying or praying ...try dreaming abt what all you will do with your baby .... and try not to be sensitive to whant your inlaws are saying ..... do ntot ake it to heart ... remember your stress will affect your baby more after it si born since it would like to see the mom happy and cheerful .....so talk wiht your hubby and try to get asolution for this problem ...

Take care ,
-P
