Waiting to try:Good gynac in Bangalore
2011-03-15
Name: DHL

Hi!
I am a type 2 diabetic since 2 years and was looking for information on a good gynac in Bangalore. I did go to Dr.Susheela shetty in Ulsoor but didnt find her too friendly.

I need a doctor who can answer questions and be a little patient. I was inclining towards Mallaya hospital as its closest to where i live. Can some one tell me how the doctors are there ? Also is the hospital good. I have heard of Dr. Sita Rajan, if any one can give me a feedback on her/ or any other doctors that would be great.

Thanks in advance for the help,
DHL.

I delivered my baby with Dr. Shetty 19 years ago and I found her very friendly and nice. I had 3 miscarriages before and she gave so much confidence that I was going to keep this baby. SHe is wonderful. If you are talking about the same Dr. Shetty whose husband' s a pediatrist Dr.Vasant Shetty, you are wrong. You can' t decide with one visit how she is, she is very nice. I am in US now and I want to bring my son to her one day to show her. I really appreciate her help.

I forgot to mention, when I was admitted in the hospital and was scheduled to have a C-section, there was another woman who was a gestational diabetic suddenly became serious, the hospital staff (ganesh nursing home, mekri circle) immediately pushed me back in my room with doctor´ s advise and operated her as her´ s was more serious than mine and saved both mother and baby then came back to me and operated me without wasting any time. Also, that night around 1:00 or 2:00 I got serious with allergic reaction with ibuprofen and she immediately came to hospital and treated me, though she was so tired with all these emergency surgeries that same day. She saved me. I can never forget that.
