i have heard that prune juice helps in constipation..my 7 month baby is passing hard stools nowadays...could you please let me know what is prune?

Prunes are dried plums. You can get juice or pulp. Pulp is avaiable thru baby foods like gerber. Just feed them with a spoon. Juice acts best on an empty stomach, best if warmed up a little.

u get prunes in market...easily ..but i wud suggest u gv her water instead ...gv her early morning warm water in a sipper or whichever way she prefers....
or u can gv her moong dal ka paani...just boil moong dal with little salt n gv her..this should solve her prob...prune juice doesnt suit all the babies..
