i have been trying for a baby for over 1 year with no sucess. I purchased ovulation predictor kits 3 months ago and i am ovulating each month at the same time. My problem is that my husband is too embarrased to go to get checked out, so i have to just keep trying every month. im not sure what days we should be making love and im not sure if there are any herbal tablets i can take to increase my chances. i took my period on the 21-april-04 and i ovulated from the 4-may-04. can anyone please advise me as to what i should be doing. as before i bought the (opk) we were just making love at any time of the month not knowing that there were certain days. Don't worry at all. Even i was facing the same problem as yours. We were trying for more than a year with no success at all. Its all about the right timing and ofcourse you need to be very relaxed. Don't make love with the intention of getting pregnant. Just be natural and enjoy.

Also, after your period is over, please don't have intercourse till the day of your ovulation. You have abstain for those 5-6 days. And then try everday for 3-4 days. It worked for me. It will for you also.
Can you tell me where do u stay? because i also had taken some Indian herbs which might have helped in conceiving.
