We are trying for a baby for 1 year, no result. Now want ot go to a doctor. i never went ot a gyno doctor because i have no problems. Waht is the initial check they do. My friend told mo that i have to lay after taking my panty and tghey check through my vagina with fingers and some machines. I an worried as I am going to a male doctor. Is it true . What checks they do and how. What I have to do before going to doctor.

If u get the treatment for this issue from well known herbal product centre..Some people told me that Herbal products works well. This is all natural.There are no side effects. You have mentioned your ages ? Anyways probably you guys would have had inhibited s.. before you tried to conceive. No worries our body get accustomed to that and it would take some days to conceive. Meanwhile ask your hubby to drink a glass of milk before going to bed. While having sex dont think of only conceiving in minds. The more you think about that the more complicated things would turn out to be. Just relax and enjoy sex. During your ovulation period try to have sex on alternate days. Try to keep a pillow down underneath your buttocks and do not get up till about 10-15 minutes once your hubby discharges into your vagina. If at all all these doesnt work out you could go to a doctor. I dont think you should feel hesitant about showing your body to a doctor. Apparently many gynaos are all male doctors. If you are so conscious find a female gyno. Hope this would have helped u. All the best.
