I will definitely try these remedies and hope to get relieved soon. BTW hope you are all doing well along with your babies... I am planning to change my OB from next month since I am not very happy with the present one. I heard that she pushes patients more to the C Section and does not give much support for natural birth. Sad that this is the scene in India since most docs are money minded.......I want to try my best for natural birth. All of you take care and keep mailing...sharmila Mansi replied.

Hope u have started feeling better. Hows your baby doing? Where in India are you now? If everything looks normal we too are planning for a natural birth and my doc is very supportive about it. He did recommended me to take CB classes as it will help us get ready to control the pain. Here its very hard to find docs who encourage you for a vaginal or epidural free birth experience. I dont have any friends here who told me otherwise after their experience so as you are in India I think it will be more easy for you to find a doc who support your views.

If you can join any CB classes go for it. I heard its very helpful for you and your husband if he is planning to be near you during delivery.
