My wife is 12 weeks now and yesterday we reported to our doc about the frequent headaches. Thisis our second issue. She categorically told us to reduce our salt intake from now on as in this pregnancy, the problem of high BP, which my wife had in the last month of first pregnancy, will surface by about the 5th month itself. We have removed things like namkeen, bhujia, papad from our home and have reduced the overall salt intake.
