Yesterday, I asked my doctor (who is as much a family member as I am) about the Stem Cell preservation. Is it a fad or shud we go for it. She gave a clear opinion that if it can be afforded (Approx. 73000), it shud be done. Not much can be expected from it at the outset but of course, in future, in case we need to refer to the info in these cells, the option shud be available. It is pretty much like buying insurance.
