Hi All..i am 19 years old girl. I have a big problem related to periods and i need a solution to it.Actually, i have been facing the problem of periods for the last 4 years. till my +1, my periods were normal but suddenly, they got disturbed and whenevr peiods came, it gives me a lot of unbearable pain that i can't bear and rather i think at that time that its better to die. I consulted many doctors like MBBS, BDS etc., but they said that this is an internal problem and we can't check it until ur marriage. So, whnevr periods cum, due to immense pain, my parents call doctor and give me 2-3 injections which stops my periods n pain. But i know tht i will have to pay for it in the future bcoz, if i stop periods thn i will not b able to have a baby. and tht's my problem which makes my life miserable. Now, periods come in 1 month or 2 week or 1 week or regular, no fix timeings tht makes my life even more miserable and the worst part is that there no ejection or very rare n little ejection of blood during periods i don't even require pads.n this is happening for the last 3-4 years continously.Please tell me what should i do please i appreciate n thankful for all honest results tht changes my life and make me live a happy normal life. Your description has really moved me. Being a small and inexperienced girl, U are suffering a lot to an extent that U wish to end your life with unbearable pain during periods. I am surprised how ignorant your parents are - specially your mother!! You have a chronic serious problem that becomes acute during your highly irregular & disturbed period cycle. Here are immediate steps for U:-
1) Always consult a lady doctor who is a qualified Gynecologist with DGO or MS (Gyne.) degree; and never a BDS (dentist) or MBBS.
Explain to her (your Gynecologist) in detail all the problems U are facing. 2) Do not neglect your clinical problems.
3) Do U have the prescriptions of the doctor who gives U injections? What injections (drugs) he has been injecting U which is making your problem worse? If no prescription, ask the doctor to WRITE the name of the injection on his prescription (or if he is reluctant to give any prescription, at least he should write on a plain paper). Also ask the name of the doctor who is treating you.

Are U residing in a small town? If not, then there must be a number of Gynecologists (Stree-Rog Visheshagya) in your place. Consult any of them and write on this column if U have been relieved from acute pain and irregularities in your Periods.
