My hair is falling out and i dont know what to do. I have tried several things but none of them seem to work. I am using bio-fen right now. My hair still falls but its less now. I have been using bio-fen for six months now and it costs me $70 for a month supply. I am 22 years old and I do eat healthy. My head itches and times, and i feel like a biteing feeling on my head sometime. What do you suggest? I have been to hohomeopathic but that did not help me at all. I see that the bio-fen has slow down the hair falling, but it still happens when i dry my hair, comb my hair. My doctor says that it is hereditary. Should i use these products that they sell in the nautural health stores? Can my hair come back thicker? I suggest you see a dermatologist. Its obvious you are either suffering from dandruff or flaky scalp, which cause hair loss.
What does eating properly mean? 4 meals a day doesnt mean you are eating properly, take multivitamin tablets, and you will the difference a bit.
If its hereditary then you cannot help it, but proper care of your hair can lessen the loss of hair, therefore i suggest you see a ALLOPathic doctor, not homeopathic. You will lose loads of hair during combing and drying, its actually the already broken hair that come fof during combing. Use mild shampooes, maintain good hygiene.
Dont your time and money on worthless products, and dont waste your time on useless suggestions anyone gives out here like VIJAY. Its better you see a dermatologist, he or she will determine the cause of your hair loss and might act on it fast enough to arrest the loss. keep this coconut oil and shampoo.

take protein content foods like egg,cheese,vegetables

drink lot of tendercoconut

apply curd inur scalp leave 30min after wash it.it is a good moistuiriser

brother take biotin 1000mcg tablet daily two ok.bcoz it contains
vitamin h its good for hair and health.

avoid daily hair wash do it 2 days once.

do u feel more itching?or dandruff.
