Name: expecting mom

Hi Archie,
I am now 16 weeks pregnant. When i am idle for few minutes i have a feeling of numbness in my legs and my hands. I never had this problem before but nowadays even in the nights my legs sometimes become numb and i have to walk for 5 - 10 min then it is ok. Is this feeling normal or has the blood flow in my body reduced?..Pls advice.
