I would advice you to go for it through known people in India. In india there are many foster centers which look out for NRI's and foreigners and loot them. So better ask some known person in india to visit the centers personally.

you can get many egg donors and well as good and reputated clinics in india. You can start the search from canada itself to save your time and do a complete research before hand so that you come out with positive results as early as possible.
