we have been married for nearly 5 yrs now . we have been trying to have a baby for 4 yrs now.i have had a laproscopy and 6 IUIs and without any result.we had our IUIs at Gangaram Hospital by Dr. Abha Majumdar.she is a very good doctor but i don't know why she is insisting on having more IUIs.anyways

Hi,
we were in the same boat..Tried for last four years.
1st year tried by ourselves
2nd year went to gynic(such a bad idea!)
she prescribed clomid found out that i had a dermoid cyst since birth
3rd year did a surgery and took out the dermoid and cannot try for a while since its healing..fine
4th year went to a fertility specialist
he did two IUI' s and in the third ones
My FSH got shot up to 40..so we found the problem..High FSH bad eggs since then was kept on birthpills untill one fine month FSH came down and was kept on medication and conceived!..I' m skeptical on this pregnancy but still I have conceived..so My point is try to go to a specialist and find the problem then you might be able to solve it..

anyways we do not want any more IUIs .Coz its so stressful to go thru all that again and again.now we r thinking of going to a urologist or a andrologist .so can anyone pls suggest a good andrologist in delhi

Hi, we are planning for ivf via donor sperm as we have genetic history wherein my daughter is ASD and mine own brother is ADHD hence genetic counselor said there is risk of 15-20 percent of child being autistic if we use our own gamet. If male child is born the ​risk is higher than a girl child.
