I am a 24yrs old lady.I would like to put on another 4kgs
to have perfect weight.I've a low appetite,suggest me how can I
improve it & put on the required weight.

I have very low cheeks since past 10 yrs& my hands are very thin.
Plz suggest me what I am supposed to do.

Tell me any home remedies to grow fair. julas replied. Good nutrition, good hygiene, and good moisturising can make you fairer. If you want to , you can see a dermatologist who can give you a variety of treatments to become fairer.
To gain weight, you should eat more than what your body uses everyday, that means you need to consumer more than your metabolic rate.
If your metabolicv rate is alot, you will need to twice as much.
Eat more protein, fats, carbohydrates . Basically Fat and protein will make you fatter, i cannot suggest alot of sweet products, but occasional ones.
Get some multi vitamin supplements, lay stress on Vitamin B complex, they induce hunger.
