I want to buy a good breast pump manual or powered. Which r the good manual ones n electric ones with prices n where to buy? I want to buy a manual one too for quieter pumping anywhere. Can I get hospital bpumps for renting n how much they charge? Thanks in advance.

CK, Sorry its called Medela and not Metilda. Blame it on my pregnancy hormones. Anyways I didn' t buy it as I used my sister-in-laws and till they sent it to me I used hospital pump for 1 month. I don' t rem. the cost but all I know is if you are planning to use pump for 1 yr...renting would not be a good plan as it will be more exp. then buying.

Hi CK,
Congratulations on birth of your daughter.
When I had my first, I rented medela electic double (hospital grade) from hospital for $50.00 per month for 6 months. It was a very easy and quick to use. It would do the job in minutes.
Also I had bought small battery operated for use outside of the house. In my opinion very cumbersome and slow in comparision to electric hospital grade and I ended up using hospital one all the time.

I used Metilda for my first and its really good. And for my first I rented for first month and by then unfortunately it fell once and they charged me $50 for that so instead of that you could as well as buy. And hey, my hearty congratulations to you and she is adorable.
