riya when i was reading, i read your tips for others, can u plez telll me how to tone ur legs and make them sexy, i shave and now i have little tiny cirles on my leg, my knees r dark and ugly!
please help me! i have so many problems how i look like.

i will gladly help you..but first of i would like to suggest that instead of shaving you should try waxing instead cause waxing leaves your skin stuble-free and smooth for upto 8 weeks! But anyways when you do shave make sure you use a good quality shaver and taht you exfoliate before (a good exfoliant is 1/4 cup sugar plus 2 tbsp of lemon juice) this exfoliant will not only help remove dead skin cells but it would also help rejuvinate and make your skin glow....hence giving the sexy legs you want ;). Anyways, so try adjusting to these lifestyles and i will recommened a few more remedies you can use on your knees and for those dark tiny circles..

These two are for the tiny black circles...

1. Apply a mixture of lemon and tomato juice (equal parts) on the black circles 2 times a day.

2.Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice

...And now for toning your legs...i would suggest that you do some form of regular excersie and eat a moderate balanced diet...try and avoid calorie filled foods as these tend to go straight down to the thighs!!..also tanya...why not do some form of yoga and pilates...both have powerfull muscle lengthning aspects..thus they would make you look longer and leaner...you can also do squats and lunges....both are very good for toning the glutes and hamstrings...alrite take care Tanya...and try out these remedies and let me know od they work...and if you have anymore questions just msg me here...and ill get back to ya soon...take caree..have fun...and keep smiling...BYE!!
