Hi these are my periods dates for last months can anyone tell me my ovacation time please Sep 3rd-8th, oct 28th-2nd,Nov 23rd - 29th, Dec26th -2nd, Jan 23rd now on so please help me plan this time well.

Firstly, its not possible to tell when you ovulate by just looking at the dates.. Predicting ovulation on ur own takes many mnths of practice. Most of the women ovulate 14 days BEFORE the start of their period.( which is also called luteal phase) and on a average it can vary 12-16 before periods. So you need to find out what is ur pattern first..
Looking at the dates you have given, looks like you have a 25-31 days cycle. The only sure way to find out when you ovulate is thru ultrasounds done by doctors. Its called follicle study.
but one can predict ovulation themselves also by using some technics for example..
1.CHECKING MUCUS. Mucus is normal vaginal discharge which changes in appearence n quantity thru out ur cycle. when the mucus is watery or egg white is texture thats the time you mght be ovulating. after ovulation the mucus becomes thick n sticky.
2. BASAL BODY TEMPERATURE. checking ur body temp first thing in the morning before geting up n everyday at the same time. bbt is used by many women n its not easy..!! you can find out more information about it thru net or some good book..
3. OVULATION PREDICTION KIT(opk). this method is easiest n best. you can buy opk from pharmacy. all the instruction are given with it. these kits tell you 48 hrs before you ovulate.
dear sunmi, like i said before, its not easy to predict ovulation on ur own. it does take mnths of practice. anyway, i hope i helped.
