Hi

This is Raji. I keep reading the messages on this board often. they are very informative. Archie's suggestions are very helpful.

I have recently gone for a u/s @ 21 weeks. The doctor said the baby is fine in all respects. The weight was 493grams. I am worried if it is ok....can any of u tell me..?

Also I am trying to sleep on my left side often and due to this I'm ending up in muscle pains on that side.I am also worried if I am putting much pressure on the baby if I'm always sleeping on left side....bcoz I heard that the baby's head is mostly on left side...Please help me regd the sleeping position. I'm ending up in many sleepless nights bcoz of uncomfortableness in sleeping position.
Take care....all the expected moms

Raji

abt sleeping postion, actually even i was thinking of somehting in the similiar lines ... becasue sometimes i feel like my baby is kicking or moving alot when i am sleeping in one postion and i a not too sure if she is just being active or trying to convey to me that i am hurting her .... i tried googling on this and felt like we need not fear as much bcoz the aby is cushioned with the amniotic fluid and is floating around ....

and the pains due to sleeping postion , i feel the same and try to cushion myslef with pillows , but i do get upwith pain atlest every 3 hours and need to change postions ... guess w eneed to adjust with that discomfort ...

take care,
-P
