hi kareena.
u can feed ur baby a dish called ' puran' as breakfast .very healthy n filling. pressure cook tur dal with very little water remove n cook with jaggery till it becomes a paste like consistency .u can also add cardamom[elaichi] powder if u wish.

i bet you are not. because this is not her recipe. if you are same hetal, please share the nutritional value of jaggery, toor dal or the dish you have mentioned. it will clear my doubt.
