Name: ishika i am 35 year married. i have 4 year daughter. Now me and my husband badly want a boy as our second kid.i have read aboutshettle method and chinese calender. please guide us i any one have tried this.

hi ishika

choosing of gender is totally luck but yes the common strategy everyone follows i too followed it last time and had a girl but it may not wrk all the time
well for boys it is said do not stop having s.. till u ovulate as male sperms are fast swimmer where as female sperms are not so if u can try and ferilize the egg fast it results in a boy ...
also other stories around it are ...like if ur vagina is alkaline in nature it helps in survival of male sperm ...
if ur partner put on wt with u during TTC its a boy ....
if u eat a lot of meat,salty ans dairy product it will result in a boy
well all these methods are popular and the rest is luck ...there are stories for 1 son people have ended up with 6 daughters or vice e versa

cannot really say in ..i had a very harrowing experience in explaining the medical shop person what is an opk .... and the most hilarious part of the story after hearing all he said " madam pregnenecy detect karne ka machine hi le lo" .....
so if u can go over to an upmarket loaclity where the person is educated and can understand...
otherwise the chance of getting an opk is pretty low.. in india..i dont know if anybody else have bought it or not ... but bbt is also relieble...
