I am not sure what natural insemination is so i think if your search it online or search something like 'natural insemination in india' you will find out if it is legal or not and if it is you can also find good center for it.

A doctor might be knowing about this better and it would be better if you ask him and not someone online as all these things online take time. Visit a fertility clinic near you all ask the doctor all the details.
