Waiting to try:can I air travel during pregnancy

Name: HelloWorld

Hi friends,
I am waiting to TTC my 2nd child. My concern is that I might have to travel to India from US in the coming months, when?? I dont know! But since I am thinking abt TTC, I wanted to ask you all whether its safe to travel to India during pregnancy.. say from 2nd month to 5th month??
During pregnancy with my first one, I had air travelled to Las Vegas on a vacation during my 8th week and my ObGyn had no problems with it. But am not sure abt India travel though.. I really want to try now, or else it will get delayed by another 6 months and I might have to go to India during 2nd month of pregnancy?? I am 27 yrs old..
pls help with your experiences..
thanks

To the best of my knowledge it is fine to fly as long as you do not have any underlying medical conditions that would make ttaveling this way difficult and dangerous. Flying in very late pregnancy might require that you provide a medical certificate but if you' re flying between the 2nd to the 5th month of pregnancy I don' t think you' ll have any problems. All the best with your baby making and happy journeys!
