Hi everybody,
i am 13 weeks pregnant and my hairs started falling suddenly. Is it some vaitamins deficiency. I am veg. and taking prenatal vaitamins everyday.

please share ur idea with me.

take protein content food

for root strength take date fruit or iron tablet


add more fruits to ur diet thats enough

Hi!
I had hair loss problem too....then when they checked for thyroid the reports showed just a small marginal difference. But the moment I started taking that tablets for the thyroid it kinda stopped(touchwood). I am not too sure if it's the same case with you.... you can check with your doc and see to be on the safer side.
