hi,i am in 33rd week of pregnancy.let me tell you that i also have extensively travelled till 5th month of pregnancy.i had same concerns as you but so far everything is allright.when you do long distance travelling always travel by train, drink lots of water, eat properly, dont keep sitting in the same posture for hours, try to stretch little bit.avoid jerks if you are forced to travel by road.if distance is manageable then you may prefer to walk rather than taking autorickshaw etc.
as about leave i think you will know when you need rest.dont exert yourself but dont be overcautious.i am at present in the 32nd week but planning to come to office for 4 more weeks.my job is highly stressfull and involves lot of responsibilities still managing b'z it is better to remain active till end.but remember listen to your body signals.dont strain unnecessarily

if all is fine I won't be worried today.
Will see how you cope up in third trimester and decide on leave as to, should you take before labor or work till you are in labor.

as long as it's not a sodium salt it's safe. However check with your OB before taking any antacid.
Better to eat small and multiple meals. Do not plan to lye on bed right after food, have about 1.5 hours gap. drink milk to sooth acidity.

otherwise all is OK
