I am doing great...good to hear from you after long time :)
So now we both are almost completing 16weeks...
So you can feel the baby..thats great..I am still waiting...may be I will feel after 2 or 3 weeks...
I will try out your way to reduce pain...I found that if am walking briskly I am getting that sort of pubic pain...
So today I walked really slow and I did not get the pain...
And coming to eating at regular intervals...I am still not feeling very hungry.. everyone told me that from 16th week you will really feel hungry..and you will start eating more..
But my apetite has not increased at all...I am just eating the same portions...and if I eat a little bit more than my regular portions, then I suffer with indigestion...so I thought let me continue with whatever suits my body...and even my weight did not increase much..I have just increased by 1kg...
Rest all is fine...now a days I am having so much work in the office..I do not have time to think of the baby also..
When I am in the office, I almost forget that I am pregnant :)
But night by 9, my energy totally goes off..I just fall asleep in the sofa itself..my poor husband wakes me up and some how makes me sleep on the bed...so may be my afternoon sleep quota is shifted to night :)
Are you taking calcium and iron tablets? I asked my doctor and she said eat good food...so I am really trying to eat calcium rich and iron rich foods...here we are getting calcium fortified milk and orange juice...so I am drinking them...
Have you started walking? Now a days as I am gettting tired in the night..I am not going for walking..I am walking in the weekends only..
So when is your next appointment...mine is on this saturday...My doctor said she will do some blood test this week...
