Hi Vidya,Sumitha, Reena, Jyoti and Selvi.

The message board is getting very lively. I guess we have all sailed out of the tough first trimester, mine indeed was really bad. I am expecting my baby in Feb Ist week.
I had my 3rd month check up last week, and I heard the baby's heart beat...It was amazing....nothing has made me more happy...
I am sure all of you must have experienced it too.
Otherwise I have regained the weights I lost. And I am trying to eat healthy..

But I really yearn for mother's affection and care. I stay in New Jersey, USA. I get lonely every now and then, though my husband really takes good care of me.

you guys keep me updated..
I enjoy all the postings

U bet...finally we r done with the first trimester...and i too got to hear my baby's heartbeat...it was amazing...worth every pain we went thru the first trimester isnt it...

And its nice to see u all guys writing in so very promptly...
Of late..my sleep at night gets a little disturbed due a feeling of sudden pull in my lower abdomen..doc says its normal bcoz of the uterus enlargement...
are any of u going thru a similar thing..let me know...

Hi Smitha..
I donno if I have a sudden pull in the lower abdomen, but its something similar..If I stand in the Kitchen for long hours, I start getting strange feeling in my lower stomach, sometimes I think it is just hunger, but I am not sure.BTW where r u from?
When are u guys going for ur triple Screen test for Down Syndrome. My dr. said Ideally i shud go between 15th and 18th week. i think I'll go next week.

I should also schedule an appointment for my 20th week Ultra sound. We are not going to know the sex of the baby, how abt u guys?

Otherwise I find this whole process fun and colorful.
