hi Namratha,
your concern is fair but look at following statements and see what's going on.
a 4 months old baby weight range is 11 to 15 pounds.
height 23 inch to 25.5 inch. As goes in proportion. If your baby is about 23 inch then 11 pond is good weight.

your baby may sequeal with lights,
different sounds with lips,
may blabber as ma-ma-ma-ma or ba-ba-ba-ba
track moving object as her head and neck development is progressing.
may roll over,
may support her weight on two legs if you hold her standing position,
may sleep throughout night,

if you find baby is lacking some of these aspects is normal as each baby is different, some achieve milestone after or ahead of time.

however, if none of the above developments are shown by your littleone then check with her pediatrician, who understand better needs and troubles.

Are you sure your baby is well fed? If you think feeding is not good then try to give some solid food from this stage, Gerber or beech nut first stage food is good idea, check with Pediatrician.

Suppliment with formula if you have limting milk supply and see the difference.

Archie

Hi Namrata,

Isn't it double at 6 months and triple at 12? Are you US based? You can download growth charts from CDC's website and check where your daughter stands.

The weight sounds ok to me, but I am no expert.
