It is very important to take care of diet during 40s. Eating spicy and oily food is not good during 40s. Proper balanced diet is very important as body undergoes a lot of changes during 40s. Therefore, it is very necessary to take care of health when turning 40, by having a balanced diet.

Exercising during 40s is very important. It is necessary to exercise because exercising helps to slow down the aging process and you can even look gorgeous in your 40s. Simple yoga asanas like pranayama is also very beneficial for slowing down the aging process and having fit body>

I agree with Riddhi. It is very essential to exercise regularly in order to have a healthy and fit body even during 40s. Exercise helps to feel fresh and strong from within. Exercising also helps to maintain the immune system even during 40s and late 40s.
