Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Curd 1/2 cup
Chilli powder
Ginger Garlic paste
Salt
Oil to fry
For Garnish Lemon and Onion
METHOD
1. Clean and cut Chicken into pieces.

2. Then add chilli powder, gingergarlic paste, salt, curd and marinate for 6 hours.

3. Then fry Chicken in the pan till it is half cooked.

4. Then deep fry the Chicken. You can Garnish the Chicken with lemon and onion.

add garlic genger past n salt n mirch accoding to test n add a pinch of cheakan red clour n 1 teaspoon of white confloor n garam massala n tomato souce 1tea spoon n 1 tea spoon n a pinch of hajonamoota a pinch of leamon salt n mix well n leave it for 2 hour n then deep fry it till brown clour . ok all the best bye
