hello! im new member and i wanted to ask miss saniya a question. how i get my skin to become lighter? it has turned from white - tan over da years.
my skin type is oily. thanks.

dear mariam,
thank god u have specified ur skin type lol.for oily skin,first of all,start washing ur face with besan+milk+hardly a pinch of haldi.use more besan and less milk.u can keep this on for 15 minutes for best results or just rub it for 2 minutes but u will have to wait longer to achieve the expected results.
next,apply a mask of oats powder+lemon juice+yogurt.leave it on and scrub it off after it dries.
follow these tips religiously:
1)on waking up in the morning,drink a glass of warm water+1 tablespoon honey+juice of half a lemon.
2)SOAK METHI(FENUGREEK) IN WATER OVERNIGHT.IN THE morning,drink the water and eat the seeds.
3)drink 8-10 glases of water daily.
4)eat yogurt and honey.
5)drink milk daily.
6)drink 100% natural fresh cocktail juice daily.
7)eat carrots,cucumbers,oranges,tomatoes,apples daily.u can make a fruit salad if u want.
8)drink half cup of mint juice daily.just boil mint leaves in water and drink that water.
9)wear a sunblock whenever u go outside and on returning,rub tomato slices or potato slices on the exposed areas.
10)avoid tea,coffee,chocolates and junk food and replace these with healthy foods.
11)try to eat spinach daily.
12)as much as possible,stay away from the sun.
13)once a week,scrub ur face with lemon juice and sugar in the ratio 1:3.rub this on ur face till the sugar melts and apply yogurt to soothe the area.
