hi I wanted to know abt the Epilator ,Is it works like waxing or shaving??and does it hurts.wht's the exact function of that?
kartika replied. epilator is painful for first time user but once u get used to it, u don't feel any pain. I have been using it for last 2 years it's good and handy but one thing i noticed is after using epilator i got under growth hair and i haven't been able to pull them out:( so waxing is the best way of removing unwanted hair. Sania replied. get the epilator with ice pack!..helps to reduce pain..alwayz epilates when hair r short..that way lesser pain, plus everything neat n clean...without having to grow hair long bfr being able to wax.. ipn replied. hi even i have got panasonic epilator.it removes hair from the root,so at first use it may be painful,but by use it repeatedly it may not cause pain 2 u.i experienced the same thing.once u invest on epilator u can save money &time.hairs can b removed very quickly.
.good luck. > MB < replied. Yup I have an epilator. But I don't use cos it is really painful, and that's the honest truth. I've found the best way of removing unwanted hair using the epilator.. and that is by waxing first. When your hairs start to re-grow (i.e. they are short and stubby).. then epilate. When epilating longer hairs, the pain is unbearable because the machine is literally pulling each strand one at a time. Sure, waxing does the same too but it does it a lot quicker and more effectively.. so you don't feel the pain as much. Investing in an epilator is great because it's so convenient.. but don't always rely on it (unless you have a great pain capacity lol). Good luck! x
