Hi All,
I'm new to this group.I am frm Mumbai and my baby is 1.5 yrs old.Just wanted some help frm u all.
Firstly abt the oil to be used during winter.I massage my baby with coconut oil.Her skin has become a bit rough and also i hv heard that coconut oil is cold.So any other alternatives??
Secondly my baby has banana(Yellow banana) milk shake for b'fast.She spits dosa,idli,upma.Wat else can i give her as also banana is cold.

Hi Meena,

The kid is 1.5 years. You can introduce fruits like, banana, apple (cooked) or cornflakes with milk. Add little honey to taste. This is the time you have to start introducing all the tastes to her/him. Take care

1) OIL :-You can use........Til tel (seasame oil) or sarso tel(mustard oil)......

2) Try oatmeal in milk(u need to cook in milk)

3)If Dosa is bit softer....ur baby may like it...

Children spits when they don't like things, my son also does the same ......But We have to try....and try ....You can try same thing after 15 days...and can get positive response..even then She spits.....try after another 15 days.....

Hi Meena you can use ajwain and garlic oil for your baby in winter days..
you can give her khajurpak,sukhdi,fresh fruit juice,greenmoong dosa for breakfast....my baby is 20 months she really enjoy variety of foods..take care.
