Just wanted to share with u all and ask u gals that from past 1-2 weeks , I have again started feeling hungry after every 3 hrs or so, also am unable to sleep propely at nights,I keep getting up for food, washroom, water etc as a result i feel sleepy during the day at work :( I've completed 23 weeks and am feeling my baby movements normal as i used to feel earlier. Pl lemme know is anyone else also experiencing the same? Pl suggest....

Hi Golden,

it's absoultely normal to feel hungry every 3hrs, feeling thirsty, having frequent trips to restroom, difficulty sleeping on sides and pain while changing positions in sleep...all these are normal and even I am feeling each and everyone of these!!! I am now 22.2weeks :)

relaxed !!

Hi blessed_mom,ritu,hopingfortejas

Tx to all of u for ur replies, am pretty relaxed after knowing that am not the only one experiencing these aches n sleeplessness. U know hopingfortejas, even i was telling my hubby a couple of days back that the baby is already preparing his schedule by waking me up at odd hrs n less sleep during the nights :))
I wud try n catch some sleep in the afternoons, hope that shud help !!Tk cr u all n luv to ur tiny ones !!

hi Golden,
I am also in the same condition.I am also not getting proper sleep in the night due to restroom ,water and uncomfertable on side sleeping so i feel sleepy all the day and now i am avoiding to sleep in the afternoon so i acn sleep in the night but no difference.So u can take rest in the afternoon.
But it is very common and it will go up to last.In the last trimester when tummy will grow more than it will be a big task to change side.
If i eat little bit spicy than i feel heartburn also.
Hey gals, when rv u going for ur Glucose test?I am going on 24th of this month.

Hey ..

i am in the same situation, i seem to sleep only for 2 hours at a stretch, after i get up due to restroom, thirsty and also bcoz i sleep on side , that side begins to hurt and changing sides is not as easy as what it was few months ago LOL ... :)

also , i have heartburn problems which wakes me at night ...

the remedy which i ahve found for this is i am actually in bed for abt 10-10.5 hours .... yes .. along time, so that atleast my body gets the rest and i get atleast 6-7 hours of sleep .....

if you can, you can also maybe try to sleep in the afternooons ??

only few days back, i was telling my hubby , the baby is already getting me used to getting up periodically in the night which is anyway the way it is going to be very very soon :) ..
