Diet and Exercise:Eating Mangoes during 1st trimester

Friends ,

Today i had 2 mangoes ( ripen one ) , i am on the 8th week now . Is it okay ? Im kinda craving for mangoes nowadays and having very bad nausea , cant eat anything , so i try to eat whatever i like .

Pls advice .

Mangoes is not so harmful for health during pregnancy and you can have it so happily also.But if you feel any doubt on it then you can confirm about that from the doctor also.

Actually i heard that even mangoes are good for health they will help to reduce some heat in the body.So you can eat mangoes but in limit not excess.

This quite natural to have nausea while you are carrying the baby.You can eat anything except the foods that will increase your body temperature.It is not good for your body.

Yeah, ur doc is right you should avoid following fruits:
1. Mangoes (its very hot)
2. Papaya
3. Dates
4. Jackfruit
5. Strawberry.

Just little of sacrifice and you will get bundle of happiness in few months. Just imagine that and trust me u can lave anything in this world :)

try eating ginger biscuits for morning sickness may be even be4 you get up from the bed that will help towards your nauses that' s what i use to eat n no idea about mangoes sorry dear. all the best.
