Diet and Exercise:Good Books....????

Well, I am 15 weeks pregnant and everyone asks me to read good books, listen to music, be happy and think positive etc etc.
I always be happy and think +ve but I am confused as which good books should I read? Should I read fairy tales as kids like fairy tales or.....I donn know...

Kindly advice me....

Hi Smrity,
Read about Lamaze and if possible get hold of the Lamaze guide. Also books by Mayo clinic are very good and they will be helpful after delivery too. You can also check up on Mother&Baby, Lamaze mazazine for idead for the nursery.

i am a mother of 11 months old baby boy. during my pregnancy the one book which help me lot and keep me updated about my body changes is \" what to expect when you are expecting\" . it realy help. when you are confused whats going on with your body during pregnancy.

well by good books...i understand that u should read some good spritual or religious books of whatever religion u belong.
im sure about 1 thing...by reading religous books you get peace of mind as well as positive thoughts.and good for baby too(i think).rest is upto you.
